Pay: From $95,000 per year (full-time equivalent; compensation based on experience and schedule)

Countryside Animal Hospital is looking to welcome a Full-Time or Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to our privately owned, independent practice in Covington, Georgia.

About Our Practice
We are a multi-doctor practice supported by an outstanding team of experienced technicians, assistants, customer service representatives, and kennel staff who work together to create a collaborative and positive workplace.
Since opening our doors in 1991, we've proudly served the Covington community and surrounding areas with a commitment to progressive medicine and exceptional customer service.
Our hospital is equipped with modern technology to help our doctors practice the highest standard of medicine, including:
- Digital radiography
- In-house laboratory
- Ultrasonography
- Endoscopy
- Therapeutic laser
- Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT)
- Phovia light therapy
- Advanced diagnostics

We're looking for a veterinarian who enjoys practicing high-quality medicine in a supportive, collaborative environment and values building lasting relationships with customers.
Whether you're an experienced veterinarian looking for autonomy, a recent graduate seeking mentorship, someone wanting a flexible part-time schedule, or a doctor looking for a long-term full-time home, we'd love to talk with you.
Experienced veterinarians will have the freedom to build their caseload, pursue special interests, and help shape the future of our practice. Mentorship is available for newer graduates who are eager to learn and grow.
If you have a passion for an area of medicine we don't currently offer—such as hospice and euthanasia services, in-home care, exotic animal medicine, or another specialty—we're always open to expanding our services to better serve our community.
Schedule
We're flexible and willing to work with the right candidate.
Full-Time
- Flexible 4-day work week
- Rotating Saturday mornings
- No overnight emergency duty
Part-Time
- Flexible weekday scheduling
- Approximately 3 days per week (schedule negotiable)
- Rotating Saturday mornings
- No overnight emergency duty

Requirements
We're seeking a motivated, team-oriented Small Animal Associate Veterinarian who has:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)
- Eligibility for Georgia veterinary licensure
- Excellent communication skills
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
- A passion for practicing progressive, high-quality medicine
- Interest in surgery, dentistry, internal medicine, or another area of medicine is welcomed but not required
