Company Profile

Company Overview

Country Hills Pet Hospital is a small animal practice in Wisconsin. We are unique in that we have built our culture of the practice around the principles of a client communication, quality care & service, community service and a culture of continual improvement and learning.
We are a client communication centered practice. Unlike a doctor centered practice where the client spends most of the time and education with the doctor; our practice utilizes the whole team to educate the client. This change in practice philosophy results in more total time spent educating the client and more reliance on the entire staff to provide the service. The doctor is better leveraged seeing more patients. In addition, the client does not feel rushed to fully understand the conditions and services provided. Our clients are truly bonded to the entire team instead of just the doctor. This model of practice has taken years to develop due to the large volume of education that takes place daily with the staff.
Our practice has grown as a business and a high quality veterinary clinic. The standards of AAHA have provided us with a lattice for which we have built our practice upon.
Our clinic has a strong culture of continual improvement and learning. In order to provide the client communication centered practice, learning daily is a necessity.
Service is our priority at Country Hills Pet Hospital and we are tremendously proud of our AAHA accreditation.
Our mission is to provide the highest quality medical and surgical care to our patients while providing our clients with education and assistance in all aspects of animal care. We strive to exceed our clients' expectations by treating clients and their pets with honesty, compassion, and respect. Our goals are to work as a team, complementing each others' talents and retaining a positive attitude.
