Company History
With more than 20 years of veterinary experience encompassing private practice, corporate practice, shelter medicine, and university teaching, Dr. Tamera Cole established The Animal Hospital at Steiner Ranch in August, 2013. Starting from zero clients and patients, AHSR has intentionally remained a one-doctor, neighborhood practice but has grown to having served over 2400 pet families and 4300 patients, with annual revenues of over $900,000. The hospital and practice were both developed with the goal of AAHA accreditation, and achieved that distinction on our first attempt, only 3.5 years after opening. We learn, grow, and serve the pets of our community with the objective of continuing to be recognized as the premier personal small animal practice in our area.
