Lead with Purpose at Saltwater Animal Hospital! Saltwater Animal Hospital is looking for a medical director to lead our growing practice, mentor our talented team, and uphold our commitment to clinical excellence.

Your Role as Medical Director:

• Inspire & Mentor: Lead and empower a dedicated team, fostering collaboration and a positive culture.
• Champion Excellence: Set the standard for high-quality, ethical care through strategic leadership.
• Collaborate Strategically: Partner with the Practice Manager to shape operational goals and annual plans.
• Drive Growth: Promote continuous learning and professional development for all team members.
• Uphold our strong standing as a trusted care provider while driving growth and further solidifying our presence in the community.

About You: We're looking for a veterinarian with proven clinical expertise, a passion for leadership, and a dedication to fostering an inclusive, drama-free workplace. Prior leadership experience is preferred but not required.
